Dakar – Tromsø is an artwork consisting of this book and two showcases in The Technology Building at the University of Tromsø, Norway. One of the showcases contains a copy of the book, and in the other showcase there is a piece of iron that Unni Gjertsen obtained in Dakar during a journey in December 2013. The book tells the story of the journey and the piece of iron.
